Pauline McCollum

	Pauline McCollum, 69, of DuQuoin, passed away at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, February 6, 2000 at her home.  
	Mrs. McCollum was a former pharmacy owner and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church of DuQuoin.
	She was born April 20, 1930 at DuQuoin, the daughter of William G. and Matilda A. (Harsy) Poiter, Sr.  She married Bobby Gene McCollum in 1948 in Missouri and he preceded her in death in 1977.
	Surviving are three daughters, Sandra Schubert of DuQuoin, Nancy Ragland of Tamaroa and Bobbie Jean McCollum of St. Louis; one brother, William Poiter, Jr. of DuQuoin; eight grandchildren, Layel Lively  of DuQuoin, Jared Vogel of DuQuoin, Kendra Schubert of DuQuoin, Prudence Kumming of St. Louis, Jason Ragland of DuQuoin, Ashley Ragland of DuQuoin, Paige Ragland of DuQuoin adn Jorden Ragland of DuQuoin; two great-grandchildren, Parker Lively and Caleb Vogel and nieces and nephews.
	She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and two sisters.
	Funeral services were Wednesday, February 9 at 11 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in DuQuoin with Fr. Harry Jerome officiating.  Interment was in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
	Friends were able to call at Neal-McClure Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 8 from 6 until 8 p.m. and Wednesday from 7:30 until 10:45 a.m. at which time services moved to the church.  The Rosary was said Tuesday evening at 6:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
	Memorials may be made to Masses or the Shriners Childrens Hospital.
